Photographer Needed to take Headshots

The Health Promotion Student Organization is looking for a photographer to take headshots at our annual Public Health Professional Development Event.  Part of our event includes time for attendees to have headshots taken for their LinkedIn profile.  This was a widely successful part of our event last year and something we want to continue for students and new professionals starting their careers.

Part of the photographer’s job is to take professional headshots, either indoors or outdoors as preferred by the photographer.  You will need to provide a camera.  The other aspect is to provide attendees who participate with their photos.  This can be done via email or website if you have a portfolio site, however you prefer, as long as participants are able to receive photos within a week.  Digital editing can be done at the preference of the photographer.  Photos can be added to your portfolio.  We are expecting between 50-100 participants at the event, although not all may choose to take advantage of a headshot.  Details of the event date and time are listed below.  We have a small budget available.

Date: Sunday, May 22nd, 2016

Time: 11:30am – 12:30pm (some flexibility required dependent on attendee participation)

Location: Smith Memorial Student Union (photos inside or outside, TBD)
